Creating Clarity & Strengthening the Capacity for Conflict Resolution.

How can we, as individuals, find our voice and take responsibility? And how can we take good care of ourselves while also contributing to the greater good? I have discovered that, what can at first sight seem like a tension or dilemma, can be a dynamic and inspiring dance, that I have come to embrace. I am happy to share my experience and support you in finding your own way of navigating.

My background


During my Political Science studies at Freie Universität Berlin, I had the opportunity to explore many of my questions regarding global justice, individual responsibility, and peace and conflict research.

In my search for a personal contribution to a more just society, I co-founded the QUINOA Secondary School in Berlin after graduation, which works towards greater educational equity in Berlin. During the establishment of the school, I discovered the field of organizational development and, as part of an incredibly committed team, gradually built up and developed the organization around school life.

From there, I transitioned into (external) organizational development and completed further training in systemic consulting at isb Wiesloch in 2017/2018. In the years since, I have supported a variety of very different organizations in their development processes – sometimes alone, often in cooperation with other organizational developers, coaches, or psychologists from my network. While the focus of my work initially lay more on structures and processes, over the years I have learned to pay closer attention to the relationship level and the culture of collaboration.

Further training in relationship-oriented consulting at “instability” in Hannover in 2020/2021 was helpful in this transition. In this context, it is particularly important to me to strengthen the conflict resolution skills of individuals and organizations. Therefore, in 2024, I completed training as a mediation teacher at the Center for Understanding in Conflict in California.

With my knowledge, experience, and full attention, I support groups, teams, and organisations in change processes and in resolving conflicts.
