Finding the right path while being connected with each other and the organizational purpose – that’s what process facilitation is all about. While every journey is unique, certain questions tend to surface again and again: How do we want to work together? What formats suit us best? And how do we stay attuned to the bigger picture?
Drawing on years of experience, I support groups in moving through their processes consciously – with space to pause, reflect, and take the long view. This will invite for clarity, structure, and a shared sense of direction.
Whenever a group of people—be it a citizens’ initiative, an NGO, or a company—sets out to achieve something together, a process begins. And while each of these processes is absolutely unique, there are certain questions that almost always need attention. For example:
Over the past ten years, I’ve had the privilege of accompanying a wide variety of processes. I bring this experience into my work with both attentiveness and intuition. It matters deeply to me to stay close to the lived experience, the energy, and the deeper questions of the people who are navigating their change.
At the same time, I support the group in stepping onto the balcony—again and again—to take a wider view of their own process. This helps to keep sight of the bigger picture without getting entangled in details.
